Hi Guys,

I'm planning to buy a 2 storrey house from them near selayang/gombak (Perumahan KBB Sdn Bhd)..But i never heard of them before and can't find much info on them. Went to the site and they're only in a cabin..property is due next may for completion but yet sold-out..any advice? should i proceed or anyone can provide me with more info? First time property buyer here

They are suppose to hand over the keys by next May but you dont see any construction on the site except for a cabin?

When i went there they are at about 20-30% i guess...you can see 'boxes' or frames of the house already...it's a small development..about 60++ 2 storrey with 2-3 semi-d's...just wondering if anybody heard of them before

Edit: What i meant by in a cabin is that they don't have a 'proper' sale office...sorry noobie here

i've also just stumbled upon this project... hm.. seems risky, yeah really limited info on this developer
