The strata title.

I had purchase a apartment medium cost and I had pay all my charges from legal fess and other fees that related to the purchase of the said property.

Then I had been contacted by the developer about the strata title and I have to make payment for the transfer...
the things is the payment..

How much do we need to pay for a title transfer and do we need to pay for the gadaian bank?

Please help

1% for 1st RM100,000,
2% for remaining up to RM500,000
3% for remaining of RM500k

example your property cost RM550k
1% of 100k = RM1,000
2% of 400k = RM8,000
3% of remaining RM50k = RM1,500
total = RM10,500/
