Im suprised too they're still actively promoting this now. When I first scouted for property back in 2007, Bayan Villa was in my radar.

yesterday i was there... top floor plan rm 320K++ (intermediate) 1384sqf
top floor plan corner with 145x sqf rm 340K++ the lowest price range there around 316K but smaller tho.. 1340 sqf (roughly) the corner unit seems impressive with spacious but .. might be abit too high .. oh ya.. not to be forgotten, they have those duplex with 440K onwards... |
