If it is isotonic form of supplements your body is readily absorb it up to 95% (5% loss during transmission process). I always recover from sick using supplements instead of medication, except when supplements finished.
So it is not only mentally but physically too. In fact a lot people dont know how to choose the right supplements as they did not investigate on the ingredients and also the delivery system of the supplements. Some they purely believing in ads. |
