i just wish to know more friends who have experience in these sports and understand more! I am so eager to try out but there is no kaki..

i don't recall scuba diving being extreme sports.

but you can try paintball.

Erm...those activity seems need to go seaside wo...Go to the beach may find kaki there. But KL i think rare lo..

how abt kayaking? lol, i like kayaking. some extremes are really fun. and yeah, too bad no kaki. most of my girl friends either scared of kena burnt by the sun or spoil their fair skin

man i've always wanted to try stuff like wind-surfing, snowboarding, ice-skating, skate boarding, scuba diving.... haiz... no time, no money, and no one to go with...

i reside in sarawak. here it's pretty easy to get involved with kayaking and some extreme sports like rock climbing, etc. something like half an hour ride. hehe

hi, I'm into sky diving! I had my first 2 sky diving jumps. Went alone to attend the training and jump, since all my friends aren't interested. I'm looking forward to have white water rafting, paramotor/paraglider, next sky diving jump. where is ur location? KL?

their diving package very expensive.. if you're keen on diving, I may recommend you to some that I found cheaper during my research.

I've been to the river rafting and cave trip by Riverbug! Here's a copy paste of my itinerary :


( RAFTING & CAVING - TOP OF THE WORLD AND
SHORT RIVER ADVENTURE PACKAGE ) MIN PAX : 2

* 0745
Leave for Gopeng from Subang Jaya. Expect to reach by 9.00 to 9.15am.

* 0930
Pick up from Gopeng Town. Depart for Ulu Geruntum (Starting Point)

* 1000
Arrive starting point. Put on white water rafting equipment, safety briefing will be given by RIVERBUG guide.

* 1015
Rafting commences. Covering the distance of 12 km with 9 big rapids along the way. Rafting journey takes around 1 ½ - 2 hours.

* 1200
Upon arrival at the ending point, Kg. Jahang. Light meal is served with cold drinks. After meal, depart to Gua Tempurung.

* 1315
Tempurung Cave exploration for 2 hours. Top of the World and short river adventure package.

* 1515 - End of tour


Recommended Things to Bring:-

1. Change of clothes
2. Towel
3. Insect Repellent
4. Sun-block lotion
5. Torch light (+ battery) <-- very important!!!
6. Good trekking shoes
7. Good walking shoes
8. Suitable clothing for activities ( shorts and laced sneakers can d)
9. Drinking water.
