Hi,

I'm an owner of IOI Bandar Puteri Zara terrace house. Currently I'm looking for owner of Serena who might be interested to sell his/her property in exchange for the final phase of terrace house - Zara .

Btw, my unit is not facing any t-junction and has a great address . Interested parties please PM me. Thxs.

Simple. I prefer the design of Serena instead of Zara.

Ohh. But will be very expensive for you to change over and seem not worth. The lawyer fees for name transfer. Also, the Serena owner might sell at high price. tongue.gif

Please re-consider. Previously, I was struggling buying Serena or Zarra. This is wat my own opinion.
I personally prefer Zarra > Serena.

1) In fung shui point of view, Serena 14' high ceiling at living hall but behind only 10-11'. Seem like got BMW head but Kancil rear. No good.
wheress Zarra got more even height of ceiling from living to wet kitchen. 'Good head till good rear'.

2) The upstair of Serena is an open area, easy for beak in, not much usage over there. If cover it up need additional cost. Zarra fully covered.

3) Car Porch too short for Serena. Zarra car porch is an improved version.

4) Serena wet kitchen not cover and rain can come in. Zarra just a small portion not covered.

5) Zarra got bath tub, for double-storey it is a new design. Something new for terrace house.

Well, is still your choice of choosing it.

Hahaha...

I personally don't know much about Fung Shui but I did consult a Fung Shui Master b4. This is wat he told me.

If living hall got 14" height ceiling, at the back all the sudden 10" height for kitchen, according to him not so good. Actually at the back of house also not advice to have down slope. Meaning yr wealth will going down at the end. tongue.gif

If living hall 14' height, make sure rear is abt the same height will be better according to him.

I think many people will do the plaster ceiling and probably will lower down the height eventually. Just see how individual do the renovation. I just share what I heard from this Fung Shui Master. How true is it depend on individual.

Thanks for discussing. tongue.gif

of course you can do watever renovation as I mentioned previously. Then wat is the point for our fren SAMUELC to switch from Zarra to Serena if the 14 feet high ceiling need to be renovated to say 10-11 feet.

Serena 1st selling point is the high ceiling. But if someone believe in Fung Shui and later renovate it to lower ceiling, then no point for some one switch from Zarra to Serena unless that person not care about the so call Fung Shui tongue.gif
