I wonder why Streamyx don't want to improve after so many years of uncountable complaints . They really want to be that "famous" ? famous of slow internet speed , poor customer service and high expenses .

in google , you just need to type "why malaysia" , you can see on third result "why malaysia internet so slow" . I am so proud with BolehLand ... why government want to monopoly ? not enough fat ?

even browsing lowyat.net also i need to use opera browser in turbo mode, or not cant load a thing also aiyo....

line getting congested, it's very obvious, speed had dropped, ping had increased, tm should know what is the root of the cause, insufficient bandwith!

luckily i am on Digi cut streamyx few months ago to avoid getting high blood presure..

because their customer service get train to speak like that, maybe sooner or later they will have more training, and that time maybe they will learn more "excuse".
