Dear All. I am a member of a gym. I'm trying to lose weight, however when i get to the gym i dont know what to do. Thus in the end, i stick to cardio machines only. I'd like to do the weights, however i just done know the proper routine like maybe first come in warm up, bench press then what?
Any help would be good. I just want to fully utilise my membership and sessions.
