Sharp LCD problem!?!?!?!, There are shadow at the Screen....

Last time Sharp was giving 1 year warranty on LCD, Now already extended to 2 years.. Bought in jan 2009 not sure is 1 or 2 Years.

Finally I got my LCD. Very disappointed. The Dealer told me it has 2 years warranties when i purchase and also told me that I shouldn't call them at the first place when it's damaged. I should sent the LCD to their SHOP and they can settle for me. .... means they want to sell it FAST so just tell customer 2 yrs warranties. Am I miss understanding on this part? Secondly, Based on Dealer, sharp said that the Panel has damage. The Panel needs 2k to repair and offer 1k to get another LCD from them. (All informations are from the dealer, not the sharp person). How come I don't receive any call from sharp? I will not getting any sharp lcd and from the dealer shop. Full stop. I did my mistake that I never ask the dealer to write down 2 yrs warranty somewhere as record and dealer push the problem to Sharp and Me.
I did write a feedback comment to Sharp regarding on this. Finally Sharp will fix my panel and just charge me travel fees and service charge. (Fast Reply from them)
End up I'm the one who get repair for me LCD, not the dealer.
Back to a smooth day ^^ and will never get things from the same dealer anymore.
