I think the only option is to cut out the electricity by TNB to educate this fellas to make them understand what is earth hour.

if make earth hour effective, TNB should shut down their main power source so nationwide will be left in total darkness for an hour. let's see if people including namewee raeegg. biggrin.gif

Funfact : The power plant still runs at the same capacity because they know its earth hour and eventually power output will be back to normal after an hour
