I got a quote from my contractor for my car porch 20 ft x 18ft, rm12K (concrete slab with rc column, beam and slab, rain water down pipe, plastering). Add another rm1600 for water proofing.

I am still waiting for plan submission by my draftman in order to start work...

Mine also not yet started. Now in plan submission stage.
Here's a rough cost of what I am doing:
10ft x 37ft double storey extension with concrete slab roofing and rc gutter - rm60-70K
18ft x 20ft car porch (concrete slab) - ~13k
hack all tiles and change to 2x2 tiles - work alone cost rm12K. Add another 12K for tiles
change all 3 toilet tiles, place full height tiles, redo water proofing, change all water closet and basins - ~12K
change all doors (5 rooms wooden door, front 5ft wooden door, toilet aluminium by-fold) and windows (powder coated, 5.5ft long) - ~20K
change wooden staircase to concrete, add tiles - ~4k
painting - ~8k
plaster ceiling + cornice - ~8K whole house (flat type plaster ceiling, not even L-box)
electrical + air con piping - ~12k
plumbing ~4k

The above not yet include cabinets, kitchen and any interior design stuff, iron grills, front gate...very constrained in budget already
