What is the normal cost for making

1) Down light points
2) Air cond points
3) Fan points
4) Normal socket point (you know the 3 pin thing)

1) RM35 include downlight installation
2) RM120-140 up to 2hp wiring.
3) should be same as downlight point, maybe need additional charge for the hook.

Mine is in Penang, not sure about KL rate, should be more or less same though

add 30% for lighting point,
20% for A/C point,
100-120 for fan with hook,
20% for wall sockets, from harry's for rates in KL.

but, if your house is large, extensive wiring will cost more. all the best

1) RM 50 +installation
2) RM140
3) RM100
4) RM60

in kl,

1 is reasonable
2 is cheap, does it include A/C drain pipe & 20A a/c switch ?
3 is reasonable
4 again is cheap, must find out this is the price for looping from existing S/S/O or run new wiring

pls take note 2 & 4 may involve wall cutting/ hacking / touch up plastering & more $$$, ignore this if you r ok with surface wiring
