well once u get below ambient condensation starts,, thats why ur room if u on aicon.. then off hte aircond and open all the windows u get condensation.. even at 1 degree below ambient. although the condesation is not much..

btw pelts are abit too outdated.. not worth the the effort

bro seriouisly the power draw and the performance is not worth it.. unless ur going to serious pelt.. beter get phase change...

phase is not easy to set up.. its only the building time.. once the system is fully built its easier than watercoling to set it up . only need to mount the cpu block from the phase change to ur cpu and do some insulation adn ur done. no filling and bleeding time.
