i'm thinking to make a wc pelt but not to be mount to the proc, but to the rad itself.. hope it can bring down a temp a bit more

yes i think possible. i just noticed that some company doing that and put the price quite high as i read one of the review from maximum pc magazine. all in all cost a bomb around USD7000++.
now think to find a triple peltier and then find a suitable bracket for it. |
