Is there any particular power adapter or some other ingenious way which i can use to power up the peltier? Besides buying a new PSU of course

QUOTE(Dead__Man @ Sep 2 2005, 06:04 PM) If it runs on 12v you can just get a DC adapter (the ones used for external modems, walkmans, etc...) at any local electrical shop, however, the max amperage I have ever seen was only 1A, I'm not quite sure wether that would suffice for a peltier... hmm.. my peltier is rated 70watts, so that would means i need approx 5.8A right (12v peltier)0.o does PSU actually able to supply that much? |
