Scammer selling DSLR at EBAY, BEWARE.. do not buy from him

I am the victim here speaking.
I googled and saw that he's selling cheap DSLR last Wednesday and got tempted to purchase from him.
I paid him RM1500 on the same day for a NIKON DSLR D90 and was told that he would send me the item the next day.
Waited and waited, no poslaju ever come to my doorstep.
Called to contact him to obtain the tracking number, but never did he reply. He even purposely turned off or hang up the phone.
Until yesterday, I tried to google again about this man and finally I found somebody who has had the same unfortunate fate as me.

Here I urge everybody, do not fall into the same trap as i did because he's still selling his item at ebay!
In his selling page, he would tempt you to email him to ask why the item so cheap.. then below is how he has replied me (english version) and to another victim (bm version).
