cant deny it....but it's gonna be jam packed....not to mention the ss2 mall there, and all the housing areas - rented out, many cars around that area, no parking space and congested....

Hmm... the authority is removing the "parkable" land nearby along the road in that mall. Even the houses opposite this mall is not given face. Kerbs are being built outside their house to avoid the land being parkable (which of course will cause their visitors unable to park outside it anymore) . Trees are chopped up all the way to New Paris restaurant for this purpose. Sigh. The authority are hellbent in forcing the people to park at the "proper" parking spot/rectangle at a price of 50 cent an hour.

I think they're keeping the road width. The kerbs are build to avoid people park alongside the road. Im sure many people will after then mall opened.

Nope not yet smile.gif. renovation not even initiated yet for my new house in selayang. I'm still living in Kepong.

Kipark townhouse :- Heard it launched with a pricetag of 250k++ but now some owners trying to sell it for 300k++. even though it's a 2-storey unit, I find its floorplan to be unappealing. Living room too narrow and the staircase made it worse. But its minutes walk to Tesco extra though .

Kipark semi-D :- too near the rubbish disposal centre. Fully completed for so many months now but dont see any human activities there.

i guess will need to go and check out the ken3 unit to see if feels comfortable or not then :s

kipark townhouse.. hmm i heard it is 17xx sqf ? selling around rm 330 K
ah.. kipark semi D... not seeing many families there too (while passby+ing the highway) many people still concern about the disposal area tongue.gif

i wish to stay kepong T.T at least the site is strategic (pj area and kl area) but the new development costs 5xxK and above .. unless we are going for the old unit (leasehold for more than 20 years)

Jasmine Towers is better value for money, altho Ken3 is newer. But sandwiched between low cost flats is a huge NO-NO for me tongue.gif

Personally if have to invest in this area, I'd look at Ken 1, it has much better access wink.gif

personally would prefer that VS ken 3's access, the perpetually busy ss2/ss17 access tongue.gif

If you are looking at Ken 1, might as well also check out Ken 2 or Casa Suites smile.gif

Both also face the same problems in regards to access.

I have a friend staying in Ken 3, although sandwiched between two low cost units, if you check out the place, they built the carpark such that it is almost higher than the low cost flats. So your unit will be above the flats.
