Thanks for your explanation bro, I booked mine from a Naza Kia branch (SS17).

Just got a call from my SA bout 30 mins ago, he gave me some news, saying that they are ready to do allocation for the 2.0 unit booked from that branch (not sure if other bro here book the 2.0 from Subang SS17?) this 1-2 days, so once the chassis number is available can go ahead with JPJ registration and insurance. I have agreed to my SA that I will pay the full downpayment once chassis number has been allocated to me.

But having JPJ registration doesn't mean we can get the car soon, base on what some of our bros here faced with the 1.6 previously.

I understand from my SA that there are about 17 units of 2.0 "reserved" for SS17 branch so far and they will work down the list, starting with people who booked in December onwards. Hopefully there are enough units in stock to cater for all 17 from this branch.

Anyway, just thought I give an update. Hope other bros here can contact their SA and see if the "story" is the same .

Still no news on 2.0, already into 4th months since I pre-booked it. Car plate number also expired, car loan also go for second submission as the initial application already expired 

hi folks, just to share that the owner of the place i booked my baby called me just now informing that very soon my SA would be calling me to pass the car to me.....i enquired when exactly will that take place to which he said very soon and most probably next week onwards (jive with epo's SA statement)

so, looks like next week is the time to look out for huh guyz?....keep yourself free next week kei mate

hallo miet:- i did test drive the car kei...u think i got no other better things to do ka than to fool ard....they were using the temp number la....i dont think many places allow test driving except for this place coz that's gonne be someone's future car (to that someone, i handled ur car very well) not to worry...

Good news. Same as what i heard last week that all issues already solved. me booked at Naza HQ hopefully can get the car fast. Wondering who is that dedicated Tan Sri? AFAIK, one of the SM brothers only got Dato'. If they (Branch Managers) knew that the N*z* front end staffs so lazy & slow, why they didn't report it to the Tan Sri instead? Let the Tan Sri kick their 4ss to process our cars delivery fast.

Hi Guyz, just wanna share what i did today

Morning - Went to TTDI branch to get some idea/response on the exact delivery date of the 2.0....according to the BM, cars were supposed to be allocated last Monday but something (he's not sure what) happened that caused delay to next Monday....i doubt it la bro....he also said that for sure branches would be allocated first and only then dealers....shoot laaa coz i booked fr a dealer.....brengset

Evening - received a call from one of the SAs at a dealer i went to but never booked my car....went to see him a couple or more times to inquire on 2.0 but he said no news so far at that time.....told him i booked somewhere else but he said no problem coz customers choice....at 6.30pm today he called me saying 2.0 already at his showroom so PLS come and test drive not knowing that i had actually test drove the car at another dealer before....thot for a sec and said yes to him....reached his place and he welcomed me like his customer....oh maannn what a fella laaa.....he drove the car out of the showroom and subsequently we changed seats.....holly cow....he asked me to really tekan the car and make sure i feel how does the CBC feels like....i really tekan bros until the rpm was a little bit more to the red small lines and didnt dare to test the CBC that much...then he tole me to switch driver and let him show me the CBC....oh my goooddd....it was excellent la guyz.....after that, he asked me to test teh CBC by following what he did....i gladly obeyed....maaannn it was fantastic/fantabulous....to those who hasnt booked their car, u might want to try out this SA i.e Vintiya from Kepong Laman Rimbunan KIA Dealer.....i found him excellent....just imagine, he knew i didnt book from him but still called me for a test drive.....honestly, if i can reverse the time, i will book from him coz he knows alot about the car and will explain to you from A to Z on it....

then lepak at hailam kopitiam with him and talk about the 2.0....he said the latest he heard - we would get the car by mid April or May la guyz....apparently the issue with the customs hasnt resolved la he said.....

on the way back home, i  texed my dealer i.e the owner and cc my SA asking when can i get my car and i dont mind getting any other colour shoud the colour i booked isnt available....to my surprise, he called me and said my car is already at his place but pending some documents to be cleared.....he said the documents shud be finalised by either next monday or tuesday and the car wud be mine then

honestly bros, i have a strong feeling that the documents he was referring to have got somethong to do with the customs la i think....all these while we only heard that it has been solved but what prove do we have that it has been solved right??....i could be wrong but i still would like to think that P is pressuring G to disallow the release of the 2.0....busuk hati betul laa

i also heard that the sonata would only be made available in June this year so too long a wait laa....dont like sylphy so what other car can i look for!!!....really2 fxxx the parties that caused this mess mannn

Finally, my SA called me just now (for the 1st time since my 2.0sx booking months ago). Told me to proceed with downpayment today. Car already allocated. huhuhuhu... 

Don't know when can get the car though...

damn, my driver side window got problem, when going up time sometime will slow or jam, suspect the rubber not fix properly after tint.....need to go back to fix it.

no. its workmanship of the tint shop. some rattling sound on passengers door also occur only after they did tint.
its due to door panel not properly fixed back by the tint technician.
