Procedure to buy running number (Not applicable for tender number) :-
1. Before go to JPJ, print MV10A form (dload it here)
2. Fill-in MV10A form.
3. Photostat your IC one copy.
4. Must arrive at JPJ Wangsa Maju at 7.35am (otherwise the queue will be long).
5. Go to 1st floor, front building.
6. Tell the receptionist "I want buy running number". Take your queue number.
7. Keep your eye on the running number screen and start to write down your favourite number.
8. Write at least 5 number as a backup (if someone else took your favourite number).
9. You must write it quick unless you want to re-take your queue number
10. When they call your queue number, pass the copy of your IC & MV10A form.
11. Pray that no one took your favourite number otherwise you need to search it again.
12. If OK, pay RM210 (cash only).
13. They will print a receipt a for you.
14. Tadaaa... tracsaction completed.

Note :-
Valid only 1 month. After one month need to get approval again.
Yes they still sell old number where previous bidder didn't take it...
