Hmm, as far as I remember my unit does not refocus when I recompose in AF-S while holding on the half shutter.

Easy way to know if your camera is brand new or not, first start up of any Nikon camera would prompt for date and time. If you recalled your did, then it is probably not turned on before, only maybe tested a flash on the hot shoe.

Hot shoe cover is an item with the package le tongue.gif, don't want also must keep so when selling in future can claim 'everything in package' tongue.gif.

You would probably need the cleaning kit, it comes with blower etc right? Useful items to have.

D90 isn't exactly heavy, any cap ayam would be able to hold it lo. Only issue is when you tighten the head, it might move a little.

I bought a Victory 4001 tripod for less than RM150. Was able to hold D90+grip+70-200 VR2 (That setup is about 3kg).

Midrange maybe would be 300-500 perhaps. Depends on what tripod and sort of head.

350-380 is probably the reasonable pricing for a 50mm f/1.8D. Can try shops like J-one, foto selangor, keycolor etc.

I would go with D90 body (2.4k), Tamron 17-50 f/2.8 VC (1.9k) and a flashgun perhaps. But at RM1.2k left, Di866 maybe?

Nikkor and Tamron, IQ differences is there biggrin.gif But the Nikkor still lacks of VR sad.gif. At that price range, I might as well consider 16-35 f/4 VR, but then its f/4 versus f/2.8 sad.gif.
