any recommandations please?

my budget is within RM2xxx...not more then RM3k and at least 32 inch..FULL HD

confused on what to buy

i did research on Sony and it seems good, but when i look at specs it says 8ms Response time for most Sony LCD Bravia within my budgeted price range..I read somewhere best to get below 5ms response... even my PC monitor 2ms response.
so is it necessary to take the seponse time in consideration?


so can anyone suggest me a good LCD TV or any LCD that good for games ? or what u think is best? doesnt have to be Sony..

If you are getting Sony PS3 , get Sony Tele obviously..just kidding, go and have a look at each Tele brand topics here. Do a search, and ask opinions around..you'll benefit from it..

Have you compared the specs and its your personal option / desire to choose what's best for your own satisfaction, if you ask opinion, you'll get 100's of difference opinions which you might end up undecidable..

Well, many samsung and panny no stock currently, new series come at end of the month.

Its a lousy time to buy a Panasonic or Samsung when the 2010 models are gonna be released either this month or the next. I believe Sony has already released their 2010 range.

Any models or brands has their own advantages, and its consumers choice which they wanna go for..so no brand is lousy..its just us to choose wat we want..

Well, if u have made up your mind for a Sony.. go for it. You asked for input so I gave them.

ok, i'm having the same dilemma for you as well bro!

on my opinion, choose Sony if you want to use the Bravia Sync function, for me, its just for lazy people..hahaha..USB function can run from your PS3..

UNLESS, you are getting the 2010 model with Wi-fi built in..but hey, you are plugging a PS3 to your TV, all those function can be run from your PS3...besides that, i dont find any relevant features if you want to use the LCD only for PS3

*EX series with motionflow is rm3k, not worth it IMHO, you can get 40" LCD TV, future LCDs with this feature will be much2 cheaper.

Dont use plasma for gaming bro .. burn in issues.. go get a full hd lcd instead..plus plasma runs hot and if you're an avid gamer who plays for hours on end ... over heat .!

Been gaming on my plasmas for years. Where got burn? Actually, been gaming since black n white TV with Pong game about million years ago. Same phosphor screens too. . TV overheat coz of gaming? The aunties watching Astro whole day n night oso no overheat la. Wat toking u?

Do you currently using CHINA brand plasma... From what I know there is no problem occur when using plasma in long run.

There's a misconception on plasma tvs. The older generation plasma tv has the burn in effects.

But the newer models, already address this issue. No more burn in issues.

I personal think Plasma are more superior than LCD.

All those sales man want to sell LCD, will say Plasma is outdated or phasing out....all those all bullshxt.

It's more expensive to produce a plasma than a lcd tv.

LCD TV are more profitable to sell than plasma tv. Better margins.
