how can i delete JoikuSpot, Boingo, Qik and Vlingo application from my phone?
it already inside the phone when i bought it.. and i did hard reset when my phone cant start up... but it is still there |

i open once and it ask me to install or register something else...
i just ignore and quit.. i checked my phone application manager... cant even find the file to uninstall it |

any application tat i can turn of the capture sound for camera?
and even if i off my flash, it will have flash before capture but phone wont have flash after captures...tat flash is irritating me |

i got 1 question, for our n97
front screen and keyboard... there is a gap... is it normal for 1 year phone? or abnormal? i feel irritate to see the gap and if i use touch screen mode, i can feel the gap in between... like pressing the screen and still can feel the screen move down abit... |

i surf nokia site and saw 7 NCC but then only 3 with the name NCC and few more with Nokia Collection Points- Ashita Communication Sdn Bhd
mean Nokia Collection Points- Ashita Communication Sdn Bhd , i cant put my phone there for checking? |

i went to a shopping complex and saw a NOKIA shop there...
i ask him whether can repair or not... he ask me to bring warranty cards, then he will help me send to factory for checking... should i? or go to sunway NCC? |

the one i went is owned by ASHITA, a distributor for original nokia at klang...
i dont think they r directly under NOKIA.... but their shop is under the list of store in nokia.com.my |

i have a problem here. everytime i off my phone and on it back... it will on and stuck at the NOKIA word with white background.. and it wouldnt login into the simlock screen.
any idea? or i should try hard reset? |

but i cant even on my phone right now... when it reach the nokia with whitebackground.. it off again by itself and cant login to the simlock...
how do i backup if my phone cant on? |

same thing.. happen with usb or charger... it will login until nokia white background and off after tat...
i tried switching battery with my sis which using e71... still cant login... before tat, i already experience this problem everytime i try to restart my phone... it take about 3 to 5 time to get it started... but now, more than 10 times still cant on... i tried hard reset to on it... cant on as well... switching simcard also cant |

currently, my phone is back in action
just now i tried to remove the simcard and hard reset again... and now it is alive. anyone wiling to teach me how to do CFW by removing unwanted program by nokia and also "add ram" ? |
