QUOTE(hengguowei @ Aug 29 2010, 02:31 PM) umm...lagging is actually quite a big issue for me cause sometimes it just stuck there on the webpage and can't scroll at all and the biggest problem is 1 app will kill the other to gain more RAM for its usage...all of there problems are mainly caused by the lack of RAM...you can try searching in Lyn to buy N900 and I think Clareen is selling N900 the lag of symbian is not only that.... When u in other OS, u just see how fast the phone respond to ur scrolling... Phone like ipon, some android n even BB, u felt it instant flying from 1 icon to another... Just like u point ur mouse in window.... |

QUOTE(hengguowei @ Aug 29 2010, 07:51 PM) that is what one of the most important thing user require... direct comparison.. totally pawn...average user who care ur what single task.. what multi task... most of the time they do 1 thing with the phone.. not sleep eat shit with it one time... be in reality... we don't really do multitask on a PC.. most.. 2 or 3 application 1 time..... |

QUOTE(jehutyz @ Aug 30 2010, 02:04 AM) Damn.... my phone now really in dead condition. For Nokia N97: Press both Shift keys + space bar and BackShift, hold, turn on the phone.I can't reboot after I restore my phone. I'm having the WSOD since quite sometime ago. Is it able to fix if I format the Mass Storage? |

actually.. I have never face the WSOD in my N97 at all.... for like 8 months times of use....
except some occasionally restart etc.. I think simply becoz I am too lazy to hack or whatever on the N97... not like those day on my n95.... |

QUOTE(hengguowei @ Aug 30 2010, 11:50 PM) Whether you hack it or not isn't the issue, it's because of specific apps somewhere the script went wrong hence causing your phone to be unable to boot...but if your app is installed in memory card very easy just take the memory card out and boot the whitey have hug internal memory.. I don't even put a memory card on it.. |

QUOTE(PyOsE @ May 30 2011, 11:18 AM) it's not like i don't wanna create new thread but i don't carry N97 anymore so kinda hard to advice people if got problem..since this thread slow already, so might keep it open... unfortunately... I am not that "huge" fan... quote for the N97 users: "You're a huge Nokia-fan when you still consider buying a Nokia N8 after being very dissapointed by your Nokia N97 and Nokia's service in improving the N97…" |
