QUOTE(willkso @ Sep 13 2010, 04:04 PM) Your background music file suppose to be placed in the same folder with your folder and need to enable the background music from setting, but that's the case with my old S6T which use 1073DD chipset Hi, thanks for the reply.Yes, i did enable the background music in the misc=>background music=>folder from the menu. So, you mean the music files (mp3) need to be in the same folder as the photo? I don't get it?? In AcRyan, you can play the music files from any folder, then again browse the photo folder and play, both will be playing (slide show) together (concurrently). Yangxi, hope this get enhancement....should be able to play music in one folder (music folder), then browse to photo and play slideshow photo...both should play simultaneously. Its a bit messy to keep mp3/photo together in the same folder. |

Yangxi, getting a model of 1055 with internal 3.5" into your product line up make sense. This line up will most likely be popular to family with auntie/uncles who are not so techies. Having another piece of external hdd with external power just make things more clutter and messy.
Hope you give this some thoughts. Added on January 12, 2011, 6:28 am QUOTE(yangxi @ Jan 11 2011, 10:54 AM) 1.) first price very expensive. might release on April month. Great!!...1185 with Giga lan and faster cpu 2.) SDK same. but 1185/1055 cpu is 500mhz. and 1185 have giga lan. This post has been edited by tornedo: Jan 12 2011, 06:28 AM |

QUOTE(PoorMan @ Jan 16 2011, 04:26 PM) That's the whole point of having an official thread on HDPro. Good points indeed We, owners of HDPro, must support each other and document most of the common issues together and followup with vendor for the more serious issues. In all fairness and my humble opinion, HDPro is quite a complete product at a very good value. Yangxi, please remember to continue support for us HDPro 1073DD & 1073C+ owners at least for a few years. Don't forget about us with all the new 1055/1185 chipsets coming out. The new 1055/1185 offer no new functions and probably not worth it for us to replace. Added on January 16, 2011, 4:46 pmTalking about support, i hope yangxi can re-visit the request of small slideshow fuction bug which has been raised by a few here. You can't play music in another folder and then go to photo folder to play slideshow (with music running at the background). Though, there is a workaround of by putting music mp3 and photos files in the same folder which will give the same effect. However, this is undesireable, as this would mean u have to put multiple copies of mp3 to all the photo folders with different themes. This is messy and wasteful. Hope this can be fix.
