Straight red 3 match ban?
F**K. How the hell are we gonna cope through the next 3 PL games without him. I dread the thought of playing Silvestre. Jesus |

2 yellows/red = 2 match ban
Straight red is 3. At lesat thats what it tells me. We wont even know if an appeal will reduce the term of ban, so we have to be prepared to accept that we'll be missing TV for a while. |

TBH, looking at the current form, am I the only one more worried bout MU rather than Chelsea?
I find MU the bigger threat all the time. They've got the best run in experience and late season form and they've proven it for 3 years. I'm hoping more for MU to drop points. |

QUOTE(meaj @ Mar 22 2010, 02:28 AM) too bad the c*nt allardyce is another very very vocal supporter of SAF. I don't see much of a problem there for MU. Just hoping Chelski would challenge united during their encounter. N of coz we need to beat the spuds! |

Wow. Wat a **** of a ref. WTF is Howard Webb some kind of closet supporter of our rivals? 2 fouls, 2 cards? And bowyer get nothing for diving. Clichy's card was the weakest all season I think.
Wat a ****! |

AHHAHA... Like i said, the C*nt Howard Webb must be a closet supporter of our rivals. Funniest decision ever, after the ball shot and in the net then blow for decision against Arsenal. LOL

Basically this game, I blame 2 people. Wenger and Almunia.
Why I blame wenger? I've never seen a worse performance from a frontman since watching football. Bendtner was pure rubbish in the entire game and yet we didn't see Eduardo being brought in. I thought Bendy was pure rubbish today. Couldn't hold possesion and basically didn't have the awareness of whatever is going on around him. Reaction time, I would classify as Volkswagen Beetle pace in a world of ferraris. And Almunia WTF. Average pace on a ball around head height. Instead of a catch, he parries it into his own net. How absurd is that. Even parried to a opposing player is not such a crime. But straight over his won head and into the corner of the net. Beautiful goalkeeping. |

QUOTE(sakaito @ Mar 28 2010, 01:02 AM) yep... 1 game at a time... like i said, u can't win them all but certainly u don't wanna lose rite? the game was bland at most and the refeering left much to be desired. enough is enough... i can't say i'm not disappointed but the cautioned was there all the while. We've been lucky the past few games with late goals... now karma hit us. better now at Brummies and drop 2 points, rather than midweek vs barca. While I can understand your point of view, realistically if we were to get 2 draws in our run in, it should be against the Spuds or Citeh. I frankly have low belief in the team that we could beat this two teams. I was hoping all wins and 2 draws against citeh and spuds. Fact is, its pretty fixed that our title dreams is over after today's draw. More so with the absurd goal differences between us and the rivals. I just don't see MU or Chel to drop that many points in their run in.now it's time to dust it off and leave it behind. now we can start talking about barca. and if it's any indication that AW had his mind on barca, just look at the starting line up. it's quite obvious AA, Nasri, Eboue and Vermy will be back against Barca. |

QUOTE(sakaito @ Mar 28 2010, 01:14 AM) well.. that's what most said when we lost against Citeh... lost against ManU... lost against Chelsea... but we're still here rite? I think I can get your support when I say we are both very very passionate fans of The Arsenal. But not looking at current statistics is also dangerous. Sure the SPUDS are our die hard mortal enemies, but looking at current form of both teams, IMO we'd can consider ourselves quite contented with a point againts the Spuds or Citeh. and hoping for a draw at Spuds and draw at home against citeh? NEVER! MUST WIN AGAINST SPUDS.... IT'S A SIN TO LOSE OR DRAW with them. Citeh, well, let's just say that Adebayor and co needs a lesson on "u don't bite the hands that feed u... earlier". with the lineup we have today, seriously, after the 1st half, do u think we'll beat birmingham? yep.. was rooting for a win but i know it'll be tough. walcott was ineffective, bendtner was isolated, cesc got beat all the time, denilson dunno what he's doing and the creativity wasn't there. Song didn't have his A game, so does all the others. when AA and Nasri comes on, suddenly we looked alive and creating chances. Bendtner, AA and Nasri missed a lot of opportunity. Again, i've said it before, they better bring on the scoring boots because games like this, goals are hard to come by. will we see goal fest again like much of our game early in the season? well that depends on how soon can RVP start to be on the bench. i think AA and bendtner kinda got the mentality that it's ok for them because nobody really pushing them aside. we need RVP back at least on the bench, to put pressure on these guys. yes, almunia sucks.. i agree with u on that. Sure in my heart, I'd love for us to win both matches, but it doesnt change the fact that is that is quite a far fetched enthusiasm. I support the team no matter what, no matter which manager it was or is leading the club now. But blind faith is a dangerous thing. Whatever it is, I'm still a diehard gooner, just bitter today with Wenger's lack of action against a passenger frontman in our team today. |

I don't think anyone is showing any colors certainly not me. Sure as supporters, we tend to criticize our own team when they're playing totally rubbish football. Like I said, Wenger is still the Professor, but today he made a mistake. And Almunia, how many times does he need to prove himself? Time and time again.
I'm 100% arsenal and I believe in backing arguments in facts, not blindly supporting players even when their total sh*t or supporting poor football played by whats regarded as a top top club around the world. Here's to hoping Bolton gives us something to cheer for this weekend! |

Yeah, I agree with that, the problem is when our fancy football isn't working, the players aren't improvising. Just shoot the ball, trouble the keeper, hit the fans behind the stand or something.
Bendtner is indeed average. Sure, i was happy as hell with all his goals, but I didn't heap praises on him because, the goals he scored, important as they are, is far from quality goals or even clean contacts. He's young, and as much as I think he doesn't deserve to play for us, I'd be glad if he improves over the next 2 seasons and shoves the words I utter today right down my throat. Go gunners! |

QUOTE(aladdin @ Mar 28 2010, 01:39 AM) yeah..I prefer him score once for every 2 matches rather than score a hatrick and silence for another 3 games. Excuse me? Diaby? Have you been watching him play the past 2 months? He's been the most improved player this season after Alex Song. Even tonight, I thought he was excellent in holding the ball, keeping possesion and pushing the ball forward.Once Chamakh comes, please offload him! take away diaby as well...2 crappy in the team. Given them enough time to PROVE THEMSELVES If we are too offload anyone, I'd say goodbye to Almunia and Denilson. U just don't see them making forward steps in their football. |

QUOTE(ChaoGuGu @ Mar 28 2010, 01:46 AM) Diaby is good, he often deploy pressures from the players to himself when he got the ball before he passes, +100000000 and infinity and beyond to you for the bolded part.Denilson? to me he does create chances sometimes and create goals for himself eventho sometimes AW moved him to song's position. |
