FRP brake is two pieces of FRP glued together. in the picture the screwhead is embedded in the frp (the one circled red), so it does not contact with the ground. to make this, one of the frp has to be modified by making the holes bigger so that the screw head can go through. u can do this with 4mm drill bit or tamiya round file. u can also make extra mounting points for screws like i made in the picture (circled in green) which can be used to mount dampers for instance. |
