Difference between Sony EX400 and BX400, Thinking of buying a good LCD TV

Hi, does anyone know the actual difference between Sony EX400 and BX400? May i know any other good brand and model besides Sony? 40" is preferred
EDIT: Gonna use it for watching blu rays , DVDs and Astro.

What about Toshiba 42ZV600E with 200hz? Price is in my budget range as well.
