 Difference between Sony EX400 and BX400, Thinking of buying a good LCD TV

Hi, does anyone know the actual difference between Sony EX400 and BX400?
May i know any other good brand and model besides Sony? 40" is preferred

EDIT: Gonna use it for watching blu rays , DVDs and Astro.

PQ wise, both is the same. Both is using the same speakers as well. However, EX400 has Ambient Sensor and BX doesn't have. BX has FM radio function.

In terms of input, BX lacks HDMI ports (only 2) compared with EX400 4. Both has one PC in, USB, one RF, two composite and one component.

BX is like RM400 cheaper than EX so i think lacking of ambient sensor should not be a deal breaker and with the good design as u mentioned.
What other LCD TVs would you recommend? Budget is around RM3k+

What about Toshiba 42ZV600E with 200hz? Price is in my budget range as well.
