Difference between Sony EX400 and BX400, Thinking of buying a good LCD TV

Hi, does anyone know the actual difference between Sony EX400 and BX400?

BX is like RM400 cheaper than EX so i think lacking of ambient sensor should not be a deal breaker and with the good design as u mentioned. What other LCD TVs would you recommend? Budget is around RM3k+ |

What about Toshiba 42ZV600E with 200hz? Price is in my budget range as well.
