u can use asus update to downgrade d bios, go to option > allow upgarde of older bios (or sumthing like that), then voila... wink.gif

i won't consider hydra as a fully matured tech, so u mite not be gettin full advange of ati + nvdia just for d sake of Physx. d only reason to get this board is to have dual 16x lanes, but it's doesn't matter much (bandwidth) if ur runnin on low to mid range cards. come to think of it, if u can afford 2 high end gfx, will u still consider this 4+1pwm board? those who can afford dual high end gfx must have a very gud if not top of d line chip, it's almost impossible pairin such chip w/ this board. sweat.gif

direct competitor to 890fxe? i doubt so... dun belittle highest end biostar boards (thou their looks are not d best around), even their mid range boards can give gaygay/msi/ahsos mid range boards a run for their moneyh... nod.gif

i always take d highest to be on d safe side, dun really trust core temp since d day of am2. but i heard asus boards do report higher cpu temp iirc. i have a temp probe which i sandwich between d bolt-thru kit & d TRUE Spirit, it gives me a constant 41'c while cpu temp gives me 52'c & core temp records 47'c for most cores. dunno which to trust... but with d volt i'm puttin now, i'm not worried at all. i miss d days where i can pump 1.5~1.7v just for primin... god bless d x2 240... tongue.gif


time for some love spreadin... hexa cores @ 3.7xGHz w 1.23v ONLY... ROG is callin for a 95watter thuban... brows.gif
