Help please

1)incouter black screen, only saw a mini map and still can move move and shoot in blind. Happen sometime in new round map.

2)ati redeon HD5670 - the ati catalyst prompt vpu got error, asking send report to ati. Then the game hang awhile coz of the messgae prompt out. I try disbale the vpu function, it getting more worst.. The message prompt the graphic driver stop function and whole screen become 800x600 16bit color blur.

I did update latest bc2 patch, install busterpunk from origin cd, update ati grapics driver to 8.7 and ati catalyst suite 10.2. Directx use 9.0c. Play in 1280x1024 screen

any hint on this?

anyone any other solution if ATI suite software and driver still not slove.

Thanks bro.. will try on Directx Force = 9 ... or update use version 10. If Ati driver not help.

Following been done last nite..
1)gamesetting.ini Change DXversion=9
2)FOV=75 (With calculation tools advice)
3)Update HD5670 Ati Catalyst Software & Driver to 10.3 (latest release)
4)Check PB updated

After All this done, the issue still exit..

1)Black/White Screen, Tempoary solution found, No need restart, maintain the game connection, Press Esc > Click Option > Change your display setting (Example: Current is 1024*786 60Hertz, change to 1024*786 75Hertz). Happen again set back to 60Hertz.

2)The game will minimize,Ati Catalyts Software promtp VPU found error and report send to amd.com. Just ignore it and continues the game, Still looking how to disable the VPU report send function.

3)After long period of playing, The display driver stop responding and resulation change to 800*600 16bit color. No solution yet. Just restart the PC.

about Ati VPU recover, i believe this option need to enable cause it help you recover from the graphic crash. But how i disable the option sending report error? Everytime ati send report the game screen will minimize and the ati screen came out.

refer to image there got option for me to disable the send report but my dont have. Its a way to modify registry?

Try reinstall Punkbuster and get the latest version... it may help sometime. good luck

FYI : ATI HD user, driver 10.4 is out now.
