i dont think there is fix1. Ask for another key
2. ask for refund
unless u brought an unopen copy, then u can refer back to the shop or EA...

steam have issue with non-steam (retail) versionthings i spoted:
1. the graphic flicker
2. The game wont exit properly sometime
3. i think it bypass wen ea search for update
4. After quit current session of game and then search for another game, the list wont appear
for alternative, the search bar at server browser is case sensitive, which mean if u r to find fragnetic server u nid to type "Fragnetics" not "fragnetics"
