i just email roccat, to suggest them to make a several size of Roccat Taito. It's better if they can do like Steelseries QCK or Razer Goliathus which have several of size availability to their customers.
I see Sota has better looks and looks smoother on the surface, but it's slightly harder? Taito from review looks good as it can lay flat on the table. but i'm skeptic on the surface. is it as smooth or better than Sota? I'm in a dilemma now choosing between these 2

it's kinda subjective... depends on which surface you like.. if you're comfortable with the soft mat surface, then grab TAITO.. if you like a hard mat surface, you should definitely go grab SOTA, both is good and helpful enough. But i'm more prefer a soft mat type (cloth) rather than a hard mat type.
I owned a Sato and it's very different from the hard mat type mouse pads i used... I think this is the first hard mat pad that is flexible means you can bend it! Sato is really suitable for people who wants a mouse pad like a soft pad(big+looks comfy) but wants a hard surface if you get my drift... lol.. I am quite happy with my sato... It suits me just perfectly.. the surface is so smooth yet treating my mouse's mouse feet nicely unlike my previous mouse pad which was hurting the mouse feet
Just asked my housemate to tune my Roccat Kave for me. And omg, now my Kave can vibrate more and it sounded so much nicer. He did boost my bass 6dB tho. Now I think my ear will bleed playing Battlefield Bad Company 2(Yes, War Tapes option!) . Lol. People who work in recording studio is just so different from a gamer like me.

Are you using soundcard or onboard Realtek?

You need to ask in Battlefield Bad Company 2 forum. They will tell you And could be the best sound effect in gaming to time. They kinda use a CPU core to just render the sound. Kinda like all X-FI and EAX features in software programming.
You can try this, but mind you, this is Youtube, can't see much different.
Now on onboard VIA. VIA VT1828S 8-Channel HD Audio Codec Absolute Pitch BD192/24 DTS Surround Sensation UltraPC.
He will bring his Creative Elite Pro and Asus **what** from studio tomorrow. He now interested in Kave, lol. Was actually asking him if I need to get a sound card (By noise level and all). But end up like this lol.
Added : Very obvious vibrating songs now will be as follow; • Björk - Greatest Hits (Original CD) - Almost all songs oO! • Nightwish - Nemo (Original CD) • Opeth- Deliverance(Original CD) • And some "ahem" MP3 which I won't list ... Sorry music industry!

Noticed the differences but I have tried both War Tapes and Hifi for BFBC2 but neither came out with vibrations
Dunno whether this happens to any of kone users here. But it happened to me. When i used the kone on qck mini, the cursor kinda like laggy. But when i take off the mouse pad, it became normal. D:

Have you try stand near a tank, anti air vehicle when they are firing? Or ask your squadmate to have the chopper fly over your head. Even UAV gave me vibration in War-tapes. Weird that you don't get the vibration. Did you put "SpeakerCount=6" in setting.ini? If this is too much about BFBC2, we might wanna discuss in BFBC2 forum or PM then =/
