hi everyone, i am interested in purchasing the roccat SDMS package (Smart Desktop Management System) from lingloong

but i wan to ask, is the quality of the items KOVA(+) + APURI + SOTA + ARVO good? because i read in this forum seems like roccat quality not good, especially the mouse.

i have been using powerlogic GMX-1 predator mouse for now and still no issues after 2 years, and still working flawlessly.

so can roccat serve me as good as that mouse? thanks!

After my Siberia Full-Size died on me, I switched to Roccat Kave and had been loving it ever since.

Never felt the true 5.1 surround sound before this biggrin.gif

PS. I generally blog about video games and gadgets, especially when in relation to happenings in Malaysia and Singapore. I started this not very long ago so I would appreciate any feedbacks (even harsh but constructive criticsm!) and of course, support by just liking our fb page (:

Review and hands-on video next! biggrin.gif

HELP guys!!

I just bought a Pyra Wired...

The mouse connection keeps breaking off... As in, every 3 sec it will stop responding for like 1-2 sec... It is horrible...

It happens more often on my wooden (non-glossy) table and when I use A4 paper...
I tried on cloth and it is smooth...

I just changed from a different mouse which doesn't require a mousepad, so atm I don't have any mousepad yet...

But srsly? It can't even run on my non-glossy wooden table (it has a bit of sanded coating) and A4 paper?
Trust me, I tried all sorts of surfaces except glass and none of them work well AT ALL except cloth...

Or do I have a defective unit? rclxub.gif

edit-
my wooden table is not glossy or reflective...
it is something like this below, and should have no problems with mouses...

Where is your location be at? You can buy from garage sales from a few reputable seller like linglong. Well, I just know 1. But there are some other trusted and good seller as well tho'. Just go and find. That's if the place you located doesn't have and Roccat Products. Or else, you can head to Viewnet@LYP to purchase. They have tonnes of Roccat Products there. But only those that available in Malaysia.

Any Roccat Kave users here? If there is, what soundcards(w/o the 7.1 surround sound) do you recommend for a without breaking the bank? From my observation, Asus Xonar DG seems to be recommended.

Since I'm using the on-board ones, the input for the rear is not present,so certain background music elements are omitted.

True, I agree that Kave performance really good compare to anything at the same price range, but got 1 weakness, the weight.
I can't stand for continous 2 hours wearing kave.

First of all, I don't think pyra sensor will work perfectly on the table surface that you attached.

Second thing, no matter the sensor work or not, strong discourage you to use pyra without any mouse mat or smoother surface.
You are actually killing your mouse feet, it damage very rapidly.

Can't agree more; the cushion pads somewhat 'tugs' at my hair in a certain direction, which can be painful too.
