yeah.. i agree that they are the expert.. but atleast as professionals they shud notify 1st b4 they make any changes to the order.. kind of dont get it too.. 1st when i pm u abt my skin condition, the docs recommended different products, later on change again 2 another set.. then aft my accident i e-mail u again.. then AGAIN recommended to totally different products! when i get my parcel now, am getting different product! as any other user, i jus don understand tis.. am sure other buyers will definitely understand my confusion.. as in my case, previously when i apply collagen gel, my skin started to hv serious breakouts & indeed most of scars now is due to it.. tats y am kind of unhappy abt it coz if they told abt the changes earlier, surely i would tell them abt my skin reaction.. nothing can be done now i guess.. neways, i wanna rest my case here & jus hope for the best.. u promise me to notify abt the usage direction, but until now nothing in my e-mail or inbox.. waited long enough for the product, now still waiting for the direction...............

and just cuz u had a bad reaction with other collagen doesnt mean this one will do the same thing to u.
and u SHOULD have told me about this earlier or explain that u're sensitive to collagen or something.
cuz OTHER BUYERS let me know what they're allergic to or if they're sensitive to something. therefore, u shouldnt blame me.
by the way, i'm not doing this for profit. i dun even make money when i help people to order these products from europe.
i made this thread to help others and prevent them from going thru the same thing i did.
and each time i call europe, i NEVER charge others for the long distance calls i had to make so i could ask the lab regarding their skin condition.
in fact, i didnt even charge u for the MULTIPLE TIMES i had to call europe about YOUR skin condition.
a little appreciation would be nice!
so what if the items in the order has changed?
the stuff the dermatologists finalized for u is for ur OWN GOOD and ultimately, they decided that the stuff u got would work on u the best!
so why are u making such a big deal out of somethign so insignificant? do u still want to have better skin?
if u refuse to trust them, u can just mail back the collagen to me and i'll ask the lab to replace the stuff that u want for u instead.
but if it doesnt work as good as it should, u can't blame anyone else anymore, ok?
& i WAS on vacation that's why i replied ur emails late but at least i replied. I even had to go to a cyber cafe so i can reply ur emails.
that cost money too, ok? plus, doing this on my VACATION! have i ever complained to u about that? NO, right?

other buyers can testify that i actually care about their improvements and i still give them advice even after i helped them order.

anyway, i'm not gonna regret starting this thread just cuz of this prob i encountered with u, cuz i know for a fact that most buyers are satisfied with the results and they actually listens to advice given by the dermatologists and knowing this is enough to make me VERY HAPPY!
anyway, i will not entertain any more of ur negative comments if u still refuse to listen to reason cuz i've explained everything to u.
but if u refuse believe the explanation, there's nothing MORE that i can do.

when i said i didnt know, i meant to say i didnt know they changed the products. cuz if they had told me, i would have told u about the changes.
how about this? why dun u send the collagen back to me and then i'll ask them to send u something else that works just as good as the gel (since u're scared to try collagen due to bad experience with other collagen of other brands)?
if u agree to this, please dun use the marine collagen gel first, ok?

since its partly their fault & i'll let them know to at least inform me before they make any changes from now on.
