received my items today.. but one of the item is sent wrongly to me!.. instead of COQ10 SHINE CONTROL, i got MARINE COLLAGEN GEL (BLUE COLOR)! i already mail u abt tis.. hopefully u will reply ASAP..

yeah.. i agree that they are the expert.. but atleast as professionals they shud notify 1st b4 they make any changes to the order.. kind of dont get it too.. 1st when i pm u abt my skin condition, the docs recommended different products, later on change again 2 another set.. then aft my accident i e-mail u again.. then AGAIN recommended to totally different products! when i get my parcel now, am getting different product! as any other user, i jus don understand tis.. am sure other buyers will definitely understand my confusion.. as in my case, previously when i apply collagen gel, my skin started to hv serious breakouts & indeed most of scars now is due to it.. tats y am kind of unhappy abt it coz if they told abt the changes earlier, surely i would tell them abt my skin reaction.. nothing can be done now i guess.. neways, i wanna rest my case here & jus hope for the best.. u promise me to notify abt the usage direction, but until now nothing in my e-mail or inbox.. waited long enough for the product, now still waiting for the direction...............

first of all, u hv to understand tat i'm not blaming u.. you get the whole thing wrongly & am not ungrateful as u imply me to be.. am just ASKING u why are the products sent to me differs.. And it hit me hard when u told me tat even u dont know abt it.. i really appreciate ur help, really i do.. I just asked you WHY.. Tats all.. Am sure as a buyer i hv the rights & expecting much professional answer rather than 'i also don know'.. And u didnt tell me tat you are VACATIONING right now, not in the e-mail.. u just said you are not at home right now! thats a lot of difference! check all the e-mails & never once u mention to me abt you being away for vacation! i dont want to spoil ur vacation either.. just come back safely & we will settle things amicably..

thanks for that.. but as i said earlier in mail & pm, am currently on bed rest due to my operation.. i need to bother others to do the resending just like bothering my friend for the delivery.. guess don wan to trouble any1 for this..

thats so kind of u.. really appreciate that.. thanks dear.. my sis is coming down for a visit 2mrw & i will get a second hand opinion in this.. if she feels tat i should return it bk, then i will ask her to do me the favour.. neways, am sorry too if at all i hv been harsh or cause u any trouble.. i know u must be deeply hurt but i'm too worried abt the product & my upcoming big day soon.. i just don wan to make my condition worse.. always remember tat i appreciate everything u hv done for me up to this point.. will get bk to u soon dear..

am really happy too.. i guess thats the miracle of 'THANK YOU' & 'I'M SORRY'.. nothing is impossible as long as we appreciate ppl & readily admit our mistakes.. am glad tat now we are goin to hv better understanding abt each other.. :-)
