sorry dear, i've been busy lately. its not me who didn't include the instructions inside your package. that's the dermatologists job. and they decided its better if i forward the instructions to you thru email or pm & i've sent it to you already. have you received it? its true that i'm online everyday but that doesnt mean i'm always in front of my computer. my status is always "online" but i'm always away from keyboard. hope you don't misunderstand. candy1, there's a high probability that you've given me the wrong skin type, or maybe your skin is more to dry side rather than normal. this kinda stuff happens alot especially when people don't really understand their own skin type but the good news is the lab allows you to change products i've sent you a pm already, please check! |

if you have severe acne, you will still need one set, which is the acne set. the dermatologists can arrange the acne set for you. results can be seen within a week and if you don't want anti-aging or whitening, that can be arranged also. by the way, please REPLY my PM instead of posting your reply on the thread.
