I saw in v40 (release on Jan 2010) change log it says "Rotate the phone horizontally, it automatically activates the QWERTY keyboard."
I have a friend (bought before Nov 2009)using 5800 too on v20, vertically is alphanumeric but horizontally it change to full qwerty keyboard AUTOMATICALLY. and its on v20. Is this weird ?
Cause mine v21, when vertically is in alphanumeric mode, horizontally also in alphanumeric mode.

Hm you mean after I do the above steps, Phoenix should be able to detect the firmware when I click "Firmware Updates" from the top? Because Phoenix detects my phone just fine, just that the XFW cant be selected. Haven't reinstall PC suite, takut conflict with phoenix  |
