Dear all, i'm planning to buy a LCD tv. I have 2 model in mind as there is promotion going on for these model:

Panasonic TH-L32A10S (SGD549) http://panasonic.com.sg/web/pid/8283/Spec
Samsung Series 4 32in (SGD599) http://www.samsung.com/sg/consumer/tv-audi...spec&fullspec=F

I never follow the development of LCD TV, therefore, a bit lost when do the comparison. Besides, i cant find much review for the above model especially the panasonic one. Which one do you think is better deal and is the price stated a good one?

More important one, what criteria should we consider when buying LCD?

My usage:
Watching DVD.
TV Brodcast.
No gaming.
