how much would you guys rent out your apartment car park?

anyone of you who does that? or what is the max price that you will be willing to fork out every month for one?

planned to rent it out but i'm not sure of the market price.

any other stuff that you need to prepare (ie, tenancy agreement, etc etc)?

my friend rent before a car park; he paid two months rental (one month current + one month deposit); no agreement, but just verbal.

the amount you charge will depend on the demand in your condo area and its market rate

when i was in apartment last time, the residents there rent out the car parks at the same price that a resident needs to pay for 2nd car park...
obviously, that just to get some money while make use of car parks that they are not using (maybe don't have car, or use motor only...)

hmm... the price should be less than RM150 at my place then.

RM150 will be a good one. if they accept it, good. if they bargain, i can lower it to RM100.

thanks everyone for your help/sugestions notworthy.gif
