how much would you guys rent out your apartment car park?
anyone of you who does that? or what is the max price that you will be willing to fork out every month for one? planned to rent it out but i'm not sure of the market price. any other stuff that you need to prepare (ie, tenancy agreement, etc etc)? |

car park is valuable if the parking space is limited in your apartment/condo mah.
