Anyone success to send warranty as the problem with light leakage and dust under the glass ? ....... MAXIS WARRANTY I MEAN

Today my iphone suddenly searching network . I fail to search my telco network . I fix it by restart the problem . I just wan to know that it is any problem with my iphone because it happen suddenly.

I wan ask all sifu here , my push notification sometimes working and sometimes not . I am using wifi for the push . I want to know what happen ? i am using Iphone 3g 3.1.3 . PUSH DOCTOR install and i jailbreak using redsnow .
