Error (23) = logicboard faulty. u can try using winpwn2.5, theres a guide that teach u also BUT nonetheless, still ur phone cant detect sim card & wi-fi. auto-restart problem will occur, long-short-story, sry 2 say, ur iphone "toasted" unless u change the logicboard, then its "alive" once again
