well, i had same prob porting in... submitted form on Monday... till today not activated... when call to call centre..answer given was the is no form submitted yet..
so went back to SS2 centre give a piece of my mind to the manager...coz giving me lame excuse...her answer was... we got too many backlog..overwhelming response...go ahead and complain...let the management see....
so I told her... IS IT MY PROBLEM? ...
anyway I insist she do it right away...and now pending for 24 hrs..
im suprise with that kind of answer... if u are a MANAGER, you should be able to manage your resource accordingly... and not giving excuses..
or at least give a courtesy call if you dont have time to do it on time...
ss2 not the worst, i believe another 1 at Sxxxxxx is worse =)
claim himself as specialist of iPhone, but the forward my case to another guy... sigh... apa lah~~~
