Hi guys, I just found a room around TTS and im requested to pay 2 month deposit + maintenance fees and besides for this year june~august rental i have to cover (but its half of the rental fees) also. May I know it should be like this?

As i haven move in because the intake is September, so most likely i will be only moving my stuff and all in around September, then on September onwards i only start to pay for the rental, should not it be like that?

Besides, may I know what is the maintenance fees for? Do anyone know? Thank you.
