Hi guys,

I am an international student applying for BEng/MEng in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Nottingham, Malaysia campus. I have done IGCSE under Cambridge and am doing A Levels under Edexcel. I am having some trouble with the application form and I am hoping that you guys can point me in the right direction.

First of all, do I separate my qualifications on the basis of units and modules or do I show Each subject as a subject, especially at IGCSE? And, do I split my AS and A2 into unit or do I leave them as AS and A2, since thats how they examine us here, AS first and them A2. Lastly, I have done resits and improved my grades at A level, do I need to show my previous grades too (in a nutshell, every examination I have ever taken?)?

Second, the space they have provided for awarding body is quite small so I was wondering if I should use a code or some shortened version of Cambridge and Edexcel for it to fit, or should I leave it like it is.

Third, do I need a teacher to give out my predicted/forecasted grades? in the reference or something?

Fourth and finally, my hobby is photography. I was wondering if an elective or something exists so that I may take it to add credit hours or something?

Any help would be immensely appreciated.

Thanks,

HadiFromKuwait.

Still waiting for a reply, guys.

To add to my previous questions, I have a couple more.

Will the university accept my TOEFL results electronically? because they seem to have a TOEFL code and a copy of the my result on paper wouldn't exactly be considered official.

Also, I know that the Meng ISN'T masters, but, I am curious as to what exactly it is. Can I pursue MSc. after three years or am I considered a master degree holder after four years?

Looking for answers everywhere but I haven't had much success. I'm hoping you guys are my salvation, help a brother out.

Hi Guys, I need help with some terminology I'm unfamiliar with in the health examination report the university wants me to fill out.

What is the course code for the BEng/Meng (Hons.) Mechanical Engineering, what semester would start in September, and what is the Matric No.?

Thanks. biggrin.gif
