Want to ask what are the available apartment/ condominium for rent near/ at Taman Connaught? Can be 3R2B or 2R1B

What are the renting rates around the area for the whole unit?

From my research, I found:

1. Angkasa Condominium (which are mostly rented to UCSI students)
2. Sri cendekia apartment, Cheras

I want to see my options available for renting

both are around RM1,500/mth fully furnished.

any other recommendation? budget around rm1,200

the rate is about rm1,200? wa....then i might as well rent this house

I just asked 1 of my friend and he said the rental around 900-1000 only for Angkasa Condo. His feedback is management sucks, build material not that good coz got leakage and drainage problem. With a lot african that study in UCSI.

Ya from what i head from my friend studying there, population of UCSI at least 40% african. So there will be a lot of them around; u can see them on wednesday pasar malam..
If you don't mind that then its ok

leongal, where u work actually? old klang road is a strategic place.

actually i din make the choice because of my work place; both connaught and old klang road are not near to my office, but for some other reasons that I choose connaught
