I'm just the to support them. It pays to stay with one vendor, and in the case of Bernard/Crystal, I know them long enough to know they can kawtim lots of things for me when I'm not around.

Just finished berjalan jalan in Zeil area , Frankfurt. Gamestop and the Saturn stores here berlambak lambak Final Fantasy XIII. FFXIII Xbox 360 bundle, Heavy Rain PS3 bundle, and they're selling the DSi XL as well.
Hunting around for good controller options, and in Saturn, they have a few controllers for testing. A Saitek PC controller that also works with XB360 is on test, and it feels just right, doing Shoryukens on that. And as usual, with my luck, no stock. Mau aku curi jer that display model. |

No lah vile my darling. The price I had to pay for being that "official-looking" = aku "masak" la dalam suit tuh! Panas!
Company provide the suit. Otherwise, I'd rather go to work wearing jeans or khakis and my Tekken 6 shirt from Tapout. |

Airport KLIA takder aircon, or turned to minimum, to save up money. My office connected to KLIA using that bridge, pun aircon turned minimum. Also bear in mind, I had to walk from the office, up to departure level, down to customs/immigration, walk some more to aerotrain, walk more to the gate, all the while heaving my luggage with me.
And then, inside the plane, since we just walked in, aircon again turned off from the Auxillary Power Unit (save money again from Company), so again, macam masuk oven. (The plane's skin's metal, and it's been cooking in the hot Malaysian sun before we come in). Only once APU turned full blast, baru sejuk sikit. But doing that introduced other problems, but I wont bore ya with the technicalities. Siapa cakap keje drebar senang? |

We either check-in our luggages or bring luggage that fit into the overhead compartment. I've learned to pack light, but also pack my valuables into that as well. I rather have that with me than check it into the cargo hold.
Ndak tak ndak, kena la drag it along. Baju sejuk yg buat berat sebenarnya. |

Always keep an open and inquisitive mind, viledante. It's harder to do that when you get older, since as you get older you're attuned to a particular idea/thought/belief and you lose that sense of wonder and learning when you're younger and more carefree.

QUOTE(PhoenixByte @ Mar 12 2010, 03:48 AM) About my SPM result or about me getting old? Yes, I remember the result, but not the occasion on the day when I got then result. I cant remember if I was nervous, happy, or nonchalant. That memory bank already partially written over by other data already I think. |

Aiks!? already got someone seating next to me at VGL? Siapa yea?
It's either go with a large group but wait for them to decide and then book, or go in smaller numbers and book early. The pro of booking early is you get better seat choices but your party is small, or you go with a large group but watch your choices dwindle to a restrictive few. The pros and cons of sitting close to the stage is probably if they stick to the previous format or not:- QUOTE The shows are usually accompanied by special effects complete with live action and interactive segments to create a unique entertainment experience, said the show’s local organiser ZI Production. In previous shows, viewers have enjoyed interactive game demos, costume contests, game competitions and the very popular meet-and-greet with top game composers and designers. In the interactive segments, audience members are invited on stage to play videogames while the orchestra plays music to match the game. Classic themes from games such as Frogger, Space Invaders, Donkey Kong, and the popular Guitar Hero have been featured before. A spokesperson for ZI Production told In.Tech that the company will be looking to replicate the full experience of VGL for its local show and that it won’t be a “watered-down” version. |

Which seat class? There are 5:-
PS 1 Regular 253.00 RM PS 2 Regular 203.00 RM PS 3 Regular 153.00 RM PS 4 Regular 103.00 RM PS 5 Regular 83.00 RM ![]() Here's the seating chart. Bear in mind that if it follows the tradition of all the VGL concerts around the world, there will be interactive segments during the concert. Segments like audience invited onstage to play the game being orchestrated and the orchestra will play it as how well the player is playing. also segments where they'll show unseen footages of an upcoming game while being orchestrated. This probably necessitate the need to be closer to the stage to see properly what's going on, and last I've been in there, Plenary Hall is huge and tiered. |

Doesn't matter, as long as everyone comes.
This may be their benchmark to see if it is viable for them to hold the VGL here. If the response is encouraging, they may be enticed to come here every year. I hope to see Tallarico and Hall (and may be some surprise guests) on concert day. |

LOL I dont think losing your limbs to the sharks is worth getting to the RM253 seats.
To poison further, here! Zelda Medley & Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess! Glorious! Added on March 12, 2010, 2:50 pmBy the way, you are encouraged to bring cameras and camcorders to the concert, so that you can post it up and send to VGL themselves to psot at their website at www.videogameslive.com. They have more than 4000 videos up there from VGL concerts around the world already! Again, this is up to the venue organizer to allow cameras and camcorders into the concert, but VGL themselves are not against you bringing them. The objective is to have fun, and they encourage you create such ambiance at every VGL concert around the world. This post has been edited by stringfellow: Mar 12 2010, 02:53 PM |
