slim or phat ps3?

just now i was thinking this, if PS3 have year leap problem, aren't the slim version also should have this problem in the future?

different batch of hardware components gua....

Save files are still there...only Trophy problem...
z.z stupid Trophies stopping me from playing my SO4. Hope I don't need to start the game again.

luckily didn't boot up my ps3 since last night....saw this thread only 15min ago....i'm so slowwww....

I was also thinking about it. How come the slim PS3 doesn't have this problem? It can only mean the codes for it were a lot different?

If Sony made the Slim PS3 not have this problem and ignored to make the remedial patch for the Fat PS3s, I'm going to shout at Sony.

ya..me too, last night if not mistaken not logged in to psn.

dang, I thought my PS3 is dying...
I even do restore default setting to correct the problem..

I didn't see this thread this morning ... busy looking at garage sale..now what ????

so this means that if i turn on my 40GB PS3 now, it will automatically have the error right?

but just played FIFA 10 at 7am this morning, supposedly the error happened earlier than that, didnt they?

hardware failure... will it be settle by patches?? no right? errrrrr

mmm the trophies data will be gone if you put in the game.
my SO4 Trophy data is gone...while White Knight/X-Edge is still in-tact

checking trophy data > install trophy data > fail to load trophy data > trophies MIA

dont on fifa for your sake. my trophy gone and cant start up some trophy install problem .

no no ... u turn on... when u try to sign in PSN.. or try to play certain games which have Trophy.. den u will receive error...

i sign in psn no problem... havent tried any game yet. my date also correct. ps3 phat 80gb malaysian set.

but check your serial number on your phat if its certain type it still can work...
