As we are all, Taylors is having a new Campus at Bandar Sunway.

Is there any opportunities for Investment as Taylors is there?

Any new development / launching within that area which is worth for investment?

Koi Kinrara, atmosfera and all the nearby very near, but no access..... hv to make a big turn and pay toll and very jam at puchong jaya during peak hour.

But if can lobby to build the access bridge, than it is good

Sunway South Quay for the rich kids......... lol

koi kinrara claimed will build a bridge for student access to the colleges.

other than that, cheaper apartment like Villamas n bayu also in puchong jaya.

Koi KInrara near Taylors? I've been there no way it is near man... koi is soo far deep in up the hill.

but pls bear in mind that geographical proximity does not mean accessibility.

i was notified by the sales staff about the access bridge as well. but for me this is just sale talk.

do remember that a lot of proposed link road in sale brochure remain as "proposed"

the complecation i think is LDP concession, which prohibit the building of certain link to protect the concessionaire.

so as of now, south quay seems to be a smarter investment choice.

but sunway south quay is so expensive...

anyway a new condo launch is coming at sunway south quay .... but not cheap at all...... an alternative would be around puchong, kinrara (like those single storey terraces) or sunway area

as such de best bet would be something like The Zest Kinrara for middle income earners... btw Sunway will be launching Soho Apartments atop a new wing for Pyramid known as Pyramid 3........

Depend Taylor student...maybe they afford to pay

who know?! foreign students nowadays are incredibly rich! i've seen many of them renting one whole unit around 2k but refusing to share rooms with others

yea, foreign student actually made the rental yield super attactive

in bukit jalil, they will go for one person per 1300 sq ft fully furnished (i.e. all in u just need to bring in cloth) condo for RM 2800.

For some countries, the students get RM 5k to RM 6k living allowance per month.
