but sunway south quay is so expensive...
anyway a new condo launch is coming at sunway south quay .... but not cheap at all...... an alternative would be around puchong, kinrara (like those single storey terraces) or sunway area as such de best bet would be something like The Zest Kinrara for middle income earners... btw Sunway will be launching Soho Apartments atop a new wing for Pyramid known as Pyramid 3........
