fimbulvinter, i used Skype to call back Malaysia handphone or local phone. but u need credit card to buy their credit.
Best advise is calling from PC to PC, FREE...

No, so far no phone can call out using skype unless smart phone from what i know. Like iphone but only under wifi network.

and you cannot use the same account to call.
